Il Casino opens at the end of April 2027. The calendar shows which dates are available from then on. Choose your arrival and departure dates and the number of guests, and we will show you the price and availability. Arrival and departure are always on Saturdays, and stays are booked by the week.

Yes, absolutely. Dogs are very welcome here. The whole property is enclosed by a 1.80 m high fence, so your dog can roam freely. The spacious grounds and quiet surroundings offer plenty of room to relax and explore – perfect for a holiday together with your four-legged friend.
Il Casino is near Proceno in northern Lazio, right on the border with Umbria and Tuscany. Surrounded by unspoilt countryside, it is an ideal base for discovering medieval villages, nature, thermal baths and the region’s culinary specialities.
Yes. The house and the generous grounds offer plenty of space for time together and a relaxed family holiday in the middle of nature.
The area offers a wonderful mix of nature, culture and good food. You can go hiking, explore historic towns and small villages, visit thermal baths or enjoy the food and wines of Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany.
We recommend travelling by car. Il Casino is in a quiet, secluded spot in the countryside, and a car lets you reach many of the area’s most beautiful places and excursions at your own pace.
Arrival and departure are always on Saturdays, so you book whole weeks (minimum 7 nights). Check-in is from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, just ask us – it can often be arranged. Before your arrival we will send you all the important information.
In addition to the rent there is a final cleaning fee of €180 and €50 per dog per stay (up to two dogs, a third by arrangement). We also charge a security deposit of €400. You transfer it together with the balance 30 days before arrival, and we refund it within 14 days of your departure provided nothing has been damaged. In winter, heating is included in the price. There is no tourist tax.
