Il Casino lies in Proceno, a small village in northern Lazio, right on the border with Tuscany.
Historic walls meet modern comfort, surrounded by nature, vineyards and gentle hills. We, Laura and Florian, look after the villa ourselves and look forward to welcoming you here.

The garden is fully fenced, so children can play freely. Cots and a high chair are available on request.
A private 10-metre pool – ready for our opening and reserved exclusively for guests of the villa.
Dogs are very welcome here!
Don’t worry – there’s no need to leave your four-legged friend at home.
The whole property is enclosed by a 1.80 m high fence. Your dog can roam freely while you enjoy the view over the hills from the terrace. Just let us know when you enquire.

In the morning the mist still lies in the valley as the sun rises over the hills. With the first coffee on the terrace, the day here begins slowly, all by itself.
In the evening it grows quiet: the fire bowl crackles, the lights come on in the valley and the stars sparkle above you.
